I am trained in and naturally prefer to use a pluralistic approach to counselling. This simply means that we work together using a range of recognised therapy and healing methods that respect your uniqueness and needs. In other words, counselling is tailored to you.

What Does Counselling with Me Look Like?
We begin our sessions by finding out what your goals of therapy are and why. Then we work out what strategies/methods will work for you, and we do the counselling work.
